EFI 383

I know a guy that is putting a EFI 383 in his Auto 1987 T/A and I would still like to hand with him while useing a 350....

This is all i know about the setup....

He will have something like the Edelbrock Multipoint EFI fuel injection system(he has TBI), aftermarket heads, cam, headers, cat-back. What kind of power are we looking at here and what cam be done to a 5-Speed TPI 350(The motor that will replace the seized 305) to hang with him..

I have a cat-back, Air Foil and Free Mods on the car now. They will transfer over to the 350 this summer. I was thinking along the lines of a self ported Edelbrock base, ported Plenum, SLP siameased runners, all gasket matched, a set of headers, and the heads and cam are still up in the air...What do ported ZZ4 and L98 heads perform like and what kind of lift and dur do you reccomend with this set up??

He has the stock rear 305 TBI gears while I have a Posi 3.63 rear(or that is what the previous owner says, did he mean 3.73?)
