Clutch fork pivot adjustment

Can the pivot ball on the bellhousing for a
T5 transmission be adjusted? I noticed when
putting the new clutch assembly together that the old and new pressure plates were
slightly different thickness. So I might need to adjust something. On a hydraulic clutch nothing looks adjustable except that screw in pivot ball ?

The pivot ball is not adjustable.

On a hydraulic clutch, the "free play" at the pedal is usually adjustable. (between the pedal and the clutch master.)

SOrry to bring this TTT, but does that mean that that pivot ball should be screwed all the way into the bellhousing>

Yes; the hydraulic system is self-adjusting.
