89 L98
HP, and torque, without touching cam, heads, internals? Only opening air induction system (INtake porting, runners porting, plenum porting, air foil, mass air sensor screens removed, open element) and exhaust (1 5/8" headers with cutouts).

Probably around 260-275. Heads and aftermarket runners would get you over 300.

at best i'd say 300 hp, but a better question would be how fast can you get a stock L98 long block to go. that i'd say low 13's to high 12's but with alot of money tied up in transmission, torque converter, rear end, etc. getting every little thing as good as it can be is the difference between a well tuned car that's fast and a fast car with just alot of money into it.
