You don't really need 2 consecutive threads asking the same thing.
How do you get 400 hp out of a 350? Simple, get rid of these: Those are smogger crap POS disgraces of cast iron. They have large 76cc smogger crap POS combustion chambers that kill compression. They have thin casting walls in critical areas and some are prone to cracking (later castings, there ARE HD castings out there, but either way, smogger crap.)
Get a better set of heads. Then go from there.
Once you get a better set of heads, RPM series intake and a cam. If you get a cam, the best thing you can do is get a stall.
Other than that, here's how it goes: the 882's have large chambers that kill compression. Any aftermarket cam that gets 400 hp out of a 350, requires more like 9-10:1 compression. Anything less and the cam reduces cylinder pressure which hurts torque. That makes the car no fun on the street.
On the flip side, any cam that can use the factory stall speed, probably won't make 400 hp. Increasing the stall speed would be a wise choice.
It's your call.

If you keep the theme the same, go ahead and continue the thread.
We'll keep the discussion on the other one now.
