NEED HELP

WERE ARE MY BRIGHT LIGHTS FOR MY 83 CAMARO I CANT FIND THEM I KNOW I HAVE THEM THOUGH..... MY LIGHT'S DOESNT HAVE A **** ON THERE SO IT ON THERE?
