Looking for a flywheel locking tool

I want to purchase a flywheel locking tool for my car similar to what I have for my LS1, which simply replaces the starter and will not let the engine turn over. Does anyone make something like this for a sbc, and where can I get one?

why do you want to lock you engine? ive never even heard of a flywheel locking tool
