AC delete braces

Is is necessary to reuse the braces that go from the compressor to the block when doing the AC delete?

You mean the big bracket that hold the compressor and the air pump, bolted to the head and block? Yes. You get the A/c Delete pully to go where the compressoer went.

I "think" he's talking about the bar that bolts to the back of the compressor and the exhaust manifold. ....I "think"

I'm running the AC delete pulley, and I'm NOT re-using that brace. After looking at how well that acc. bracket is bolted to the block and head, and decided it wasn't necessary. I'm not gonna say you shouldn't use it, but I've had no problems.

....I also chose not to use it for aesthetic reasons. If looks aren't important, then I'd surely use it.

Abubaca, you understood what I was trying to say. Sorry I was kind of ambiguous. Thanks for the info.
