I have A 1990 camaro 3.1L . when I go to make turns without pressing the brakes it ,makes a chirping sound. I enjoy high speed cornering , what can I do to stop this from happening

 

The chirping is probably caused from the tires sliding.

With that said, anything to improve traction should help. Better suspension, wider tires, etc.

get an IROC wonderbar and front and rear swaybars, that'll stiffen it up

 

Slow down or get a performance suspension.
