Fan switch location? How hard to get to?

Hey guys I know that you all said that on an 89 GTA that the fan switch was near the passenger side head, but how hard is it to get to? can I see it from the top of the engine? Can I get to it easily from the bottom with the car jacked up? And are there any helpful hints or tricks to this? I just got a 170 thermostat, and a Hypertech fan switch, that comes on at 200 degrees, and off at 185.
Thanks for the help people!
See ya
Mike

It's easier to get to, IMO, from under the car - just be advised you might get a little wet, as water/antifreeze will spew out a little... the switch is between the #6 and #8 plugs... easy to get to. and yes there is a 200 on/185 off switch... can be had thru Jegs or Summit, maybe local...

Sorry, just saw you said you had the switch, so scratch all that... it's between #6 and #8...

I had to remove my starter to get to that switch...it was just so much easier and faster.
