Buying used parts
I'm going to be using used parts for most of the bottem end of my new engine. What should I look out for when buying a used block, crank, and rods?

cracks, wear, measure everything and if something is out of spec don't buy it. look for cracks in the main area of the block around the bolt holes, wear on the crank journals, ridge at the top of the bore.
