Need some help ...anyone

Have an 87 305 camaro and it runs good but the problem is that the fan will not turn on, the connections are good and the fan works but it wont turn on automatically. what could be causing that?

Transmission: T-56, Viper output shaft

Axle/Gears: Strage 12-bolt 3.73:1

Check the fan relay and also check very closely all the wiring, including the weather-proof connectors.
My fans stopped working and like you said all the wiring looked fine, then I disconnected the weather-proof connector (with force) and found that the 12v "hot" lead terminal melted to the plastic connector. So, I re-wired it and fans worked fine.
