Perfect F-body

With the upcoming death of our F-bodies, I thought what the perfect one would be. This is what I came up with.

1st Gen Looks (best looking f-body by far)
2nd Gen Motor (early 2nd gens had increadible motors)
3rd Gen Handling (best Gen for handling)
4th Gen Power levels (imagine the 4th gen power levels out of a 2nd gen powerplant, MAMA MIA!)

I posted the below in response the the last camaro post in the history section regarding the hoped for future camaro. What do you guys think?

Couple of things I hope the new model has is independant rear suspension, tighter handling, and some sort of V-tec. The V-Tec is possible on GM motors and imagine what some kind of variable cam would do to a 350! WOOHOO! The we can tell the ricers "HEY! we have VTEC and 4 extra liters (they wouldnt understand 248 CID), wanna race?" Imagine their looks.

Before anyone jumps on me about the V-tec thing note that BMW is also using it(variation of course) so its not just a ***** thing.

hummm....I think that the valves should be opened and closed electromagnitically (LOL)...my dad designed a set of these when he was 14, never copyrighted them tho. THEN YOU CAOULD HAVE INFINITLY VARIABLE LIFT and DUR, LSA etc etc, you can have the computer adjust the timing as the RPMs went up or down, with different load conditions....How great would that be?!

??? What is so incredible about a gen 2 motor then? The latest are more powerful, cleaner, more efficient, smoother, last longer, have broader torque curves, etc., etc. I'll take an LS6 engine in anything.

Exactly! Use modern technology on a BB engine. Figure out a way to get the torque, efficiency, etc as they do a modern engine but applied to a BB then you really have something to get happy about.

And please dont say the modern 350 would have more power than an equivalent BB. If the BB were given the same technology as a 350, it would whoop up on it. Thats what lm talking about.
