Air deflector part numbers for standard 1986 Firebird?

I was wondering what the part numbers were for all the NECESSARY parts for the front air deflector for my 'Bird. I have the one panel on the passenger side of my car, but I understand that the new ones are 3 piece, and my original one looks like it was 1 piece that was just broken by the guy that used to own my car. So, do I need all three parts, or just the driver side panel and the center piece, or all three, and what are the part numbers?

Oh, BTW, Zepher... Dude, what's up with those bangin' girls you have on your site? They all girlfriends of yours, or just model friends or something?

A little confusion here. I need this air dam that mounts under my radiator for my 88 GTA. Had a wicked adrenalin rush last week when a tractor trailer I was passing blew out a trailer tire, sent a huge chunk of tread under my car. Ripped my air dam completely off, not too mention the boom was extremely loud. Jumped the **** out of me. Anyways... This was taken off Mike's site...

10020322

Deflector - Panel Ctr Air - Bolts to Lower Radiator - Critical for proper cooling.
$ 29.14

10017673

Deflector - Rad Lwr Air - This is the one you knock off on the curbs - Critical for proper cooling.
$ 23.05

Zepher posted this...
The part # is 12395557 and the GM List price is $29.66.

I know it isn't 10020322, cause that's what the Pontiac Dealership ordered me yesterday. Since I've gotten the impression those guys don't know what they're doing, could somebody clear this up for me and tell me exactly which part number I need? I'm not having any serious overheating problems in this cool weather right now, but I want to get it fixed asap.

Thanks for the help.

I might can clear up a few things. First the new link for the site is:

http://www.gmtips.com/3rd-degree/

Vader has my old link. I ran out of room on my AOL site.

There are three parts called "air deflectors".

The part # 10020322 bolts to the lower radiator. About the only time it needs to be replaced is if your "air dam", the one we always yank off on curbs and such, rips or tears it. Rarely is it just "missing".

The big kahuna, the one we have all needed at some point in time, the one we should all have a large backstock of is:

10017673

The third one is a nose cone piece that apparently all cars didn't come with. I ordered it by mistake and went to put it on my car anyway. It fit but I could tell by the undrilled holes that my car never had one installed from the factory.

I would actually go to the GM Dealer and point to what you want. These models, from what I understand, vary greatly from model to model in the "air dam department".

The mystery deepens. I remembered last night about my encounters a year ago trying to order the airdam. I remembered the GM National Database has an error in this area so it's not really that the GM Parts guys don't know whats going on. I am enclosing this image to help. The most critical part is the top part but the spoiler strip is also important. The prices are MSRP and you should be able to save up to 25%.

You can see double part numbers on some items. In my opinion the bottom two parts are ONE part on some years and separate parts on others.

These numbers are from the Mitchell Collision Guide which is very accurate but can't be guaranteed. The other numbers given on my site came from the parts microfiche so WHO KNOWS.

I would print the picture and point to what you want. Also another thing that adds to the confusion is AIR DAM is our 3rd Gen slang. There is no air dam listed.
