Everyone has their own opinions on carbs and each kind has its advantages and disadvantages. I have an edelbrock carb and it is very easy to tune and the manual that comes with it is pretty good. It does require some retuning for summer vs. winter driving but it holds its tune very well and requires very little maintainance. I think the edelbrocks are great for a car that is driven a lot and if you don't want to spend a lot of time tuning. The hollys and demons are better for all out performance but require a little more tuning. With that said I'm happy with my edelbrock on my current motor but I'm switching to a holly or demon on the 383 I'm putting in this winter.
