I have an 85 TA with the H.O, 5.0 and i have installed hedman hedders with true duals, Open element K&N, and i scraped my quadrajet for a holley 650 and it has made a very noticable difference in performance, i want to do a few more small mods to it to keep me satisfied for at least another year then i am going to get a new 350 to plant in her. What other kind of small mods have u guys done to yours without spending a fortune?

 

If you got rid of the CC Q-Jet, then you really need a non-CC distributor also.

The cam, and a bowl job on the heads, would be the next thing. There's many HP lurking there. Try the Comp XE262 cam and their steel roller-tip rockers. You can get a kit from them with the cam, lifter, timing set, & springs, and another one with the rockers and pushrods; all that could be re-used on a 350.

How about a underdriven crank pulley and ran air, maybe some suspension work(traction) and weight loss.
