i am trying to find what the hell is wrong with my car ...i turn it on and it idles at 650 for about 10 mins then it starts to go to 500 then 1000 trying to stay alive the only time it will stall is whne i am driving it but when it is standing still it will not stall my spark plugs are fine plugs are fairly new i was thinking a vacumn leak but i do not know for should is anyone could help me find this problem or just tell me where to start looking it would be great......oh yea it is running rich i don'y know if that helps ...thanks

Id say IAC also.
To check for leaks, however, get a can of spray carb cleaner. Spray it where ever there is a mated surface. If the RPMS change any, you've found your leak.
