Moroso Recurve Kits - NEED HELP

Has anyone ever used one of these?
I need to know which springs to use on a basically stock 350 with an edelbrock intake, carter afb, headers, and true duals. Other than that the motor is stock.

1980 Camaro, '88 Police 350 engine, Headers, full exhaust, completely redone, my baby!
1988 Iroc-Z L98, MSD 6a, Accel coil, K+N's, Airfoil, Coolant Bypass, Flowmaster, Gears, Late model Bose, I like the 80 better

it kind of depends on what your timing and octane will allow. Your really not changing the amount of advance just the rate.

So you should start with the lightest springs. Or one middle and one light. If you don't get any detoniation with say about 15 degrees initial, you problably can't get much better. You might check and see if there is a little bushing on the pin that limits the total advance. If it as a nylon bushing, it is probably cutting the total advance back by about 3 degrees. I would shoot for at least 18 degrees of mechanical advance. That should be save with 15 intial (total of 33)

Low compression 350s really like advance (as long as you don't eat the flywheel up trying to crank it over). You could go as much as 37 total and still see a good torque increase.
