INFL REST-Air bag?

I was driving in my cousin's LO5 9C1 Caprice and when I started it up, a red INFL REST light would come on. It would blink and then go out. Is this GM's talk for SRS Airbag?

Thanks. I am picky like that and my car doesn't have airbags so it was a bit new to me.
