What heads? what bracket system? (i.e. where's the alternator: left-hand, right-hand, left-hand serpentine)? Those are the things that impact the bracket system.
There's no difference externally between a 327 block and a 305 or 350 block. Whatever differences you may have are not connected with the displacement.
