If you dont even know THAT, I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself. You should already knwo that the engine has to come out and it has be to rehoned and pretty much rebuilt.
Anyway it's called a ...watch this... "piston ring compressor" and it's about 10-20 bucks depending on the quality and design.

ok, not to be mean, but what gives you the right to assume that i dont already know that i need to take the engine out and re-hone it, i basically am rebuilding it, its just my dad says its really hard to re ring it. now personally i dont appreciate being assumed ignorant. now i think you should reconsider what you said and try not being such a **** ...thanks for the input tho!
