whats it mean when you say spuna bearing or main bearing?

it means: R-E-B-U-I-L-D

There are tangs on bearing to prevent them from turning and helps keep them seated in both the bearing cap and it's journal. When the tang breaks off, the bearing is spun or turns. If you drive it like that long enough the engine will start to knock, it will start losing oil pressure, and eventually sieze that bearing causing major engine failure.
