NEed to grow into mufflex 4"

As topic suggests i have a mufflex 4" slp 1 3/4 and y pipe.
Now, im going to need to "grow" into this system. I basically bought to big of an exhaust as an excuse to go all out Any ideas, mini or super ram Heads? I want to run 11's with relatively good mileage and without going brute force on the torque to maintain autocrossability ( it is my understanding that torque and autocrossing dong mix too well)

i personally don't see a need in using a 4" system and still routing it through shortheaders and the Y. I used full length hooker supercomps ahead of my mufflex system

Clearance? Don't worry about it.
there is none. A tennis ball will not roll under my 3 into 4 inch Y pipe. The placement of the Y under the crossmember is very crucial. It flattens a little and the chump did not take advantage of that for my install. But 3inches max even with better Y placement.
