Well, it's more a do-it-yourself job.. The one where you take the pressure regulator, drill out the weld spot, and cut a groove in the threaded rod so you can adjust it. My question is, what decreases fuel pressure, and what raises it? Does a clockwise motion decrease, and counterclockwise increase? I thought I knew, but I can't get my car running right, and this might be why

Clockwise turns the pressure up, counterclockwise turns the pressure down. Do you have a gauge? I'd recommend a gauge if you've lost your spot Are you getting any o2 lean/rich codes? If not you shouldn't be in any danger area...
