Is a L98 head same as a ZZ4 head?

I have a ZZ4 and find all kinds of info comparing so and so manufacturer's head to that of the corvette L98 head. I've heard these 2 heads are essentially the same. Anyone know for sure?

I want to upgrade my heads to ones with bigger valves and it would be nice to know I have the equivilent of some production head.

Thanks.

Same casting as the old Vette L98 aluminum head, but with nicer valvetrain parts.

You can get details from the GM catalog:

Check part# 12556463 under Cylinder Heads:
