Cam spec question

I tore apart my 350 this weekend to replace the cam heads and intake. The motor ran pretty strong and I was told it had been rebuilt recently when i bought it. Well when I pulled the cam it was a crane cam. It said Crane Fireball 290h. i search the internet and crane's website but didn't find anything. Can someone tell me what the specs are?

You can reuse roller lifters if they're not collapsed, but never flat tappet lifters ever.

You should be able to re-use it with new lifters (I've done it before). You will have to follow standard break-in procedures though. As Token said, don't re-use the old lifters, after all, it is a flat tappet cam.

But for a set of nice lifters from Comp Cams, $60 is cheap insurance against a wiped lobe or abnormal lobe wear...

He wants to use new lifters with the old cam, not reuse the old lifters.

I know not to ever reuse lifters I just wasn't sure if the same applied to the cam itself.
