my problem..........
my problem..........
i was crusing the freeway doing a little over 70 and then my car started cutting out a little bit and then even more so quickly pulled to the side of the freeway and a CHP roadside courtesy technician showed up and ran a few tests to see what the problem was. he checked the fuel pressure and he said that it was fine and he checked for a spark while i tried to start the car and there was one. i beleive that those were the only couple of things he did along with checking the distributor cap and then he came to the conclusion that the sensor in my car may have failed which caused the car to "not inject air into the engine" is what i beleive is what he told me. it was kinda hard to hear and understand what he talking about with cars flying by me a fott or so away from me and keeping an eye on girlfriend, making sure she didn't get hit or anything. well anyway the darn thing wouldn't start anymore and i had it towed about 20 miles back to my house. well my question to you all is, do u guys think it may be the sensor or is there anything else it might be. i would like to note i am pretty much a novice at this stuff and am just learning so please use as much laymen's terms as possible. thank you for any help and info.
