Disconnecting AC???

My AC unit is already out since I got the car. But I want to clean up the clutter that is attached to the firewall on the passenger side. I was planning on taking the 2 boxes on the firewall and getting a blockoff plate from a junkyard off of a non AC Camaro. There are a bunch of wires that are disconnected but there are some that look like sensors, they are still plugged in, I am no longer running my ECM so is there any sensor that I unplug that will hurt anything.

most likely not, but there are a few that go to the gauges and such. if you unplug something you shouldn't you'll know it pretty quickly.

My ac is gone so I replaced the blower motor housing with a housing off a 80s s-10 pickup. It fits fine, you just need to drill a hole or 2. That wiring will be the same on the s-10 housing.

OK, I got off the top plate and filter, but can't figure out how to get the screws that are holding the bottom of the housing. How many are there, with my headers there it is real cramped. Will I have to get under the car.
