Is this okay???
Is this okay???
While back I replaced dist o ring, I noticed that the pick up coil had several cracks on the magnet, also had a bit of rust on the steel wheel. Could that be my hesitation problem that I get ones in a while?
Thanks in advance.

Rust = no problem
Cracks = very very bad
Consider yourself lucky that it still runs, and that the worst problem is hesitation. It would be a good idea to take care of that ASAP before you get a nasty surprise.

Problem solved
The pick coil if ok.
The problem was that when it rained, water was getting on the distributor from back of the hood! Their is a rubber stop in the center back of the hood, it was stiking out to much letting water come in.
When I removed the new distributor cap the electrods where bad. After cleaning, it runs GREAT
Thanks for your sugestions..
