When I Got my IROC The guy gave it to me. I heard Hypertech was the best to get though.

Actually...I found that most people from this board prefer one of Ed Wright's chips. He works at www.fastchip.com .

Yes, its 1 of the better already programmed chips, better than Hypertech. FastChips or making your own PROM's is the best though.
