HELP! Stumbles almost stalls until SES comes on
ok let me start by introducing the car... 305TBI, T5 trans(which i just swapped into the car yesterday so it still has the auto chip with the auto BIN on it... idk if this has anything to do with it) when i first drove the car it ran noticably rough but it was drivable (did not throw codes last night)...
the car starts up but immediately stumbles and has an extremely rough idle, almost to the point of stalling. I am able to keep the car from stalling out by giving it gas. after about 30 seconds of running like this the SES light will come on. When the SES light turns on, the idle will even itself out and run better to the point where its somewhat driveable but when i let the rpms drop the car stalls.
I am at school right now so im not exactly sure what the problem is... what im thinking is vacuum problem... i am sort of ruling out timing and ignition because when the SES comes on it will run better... i am getting fuel in an even atomization from the injectors so im ruling out pump and filter. Any input on this is right also if what im thinking is wrong please let me know
Also this just happened so i do not know what code its throwing... i wont know until tomorrow

I'd day that sounds like a dirty injector, or maybe your O2 sensor is a dud.
