Where can I find TSB's?

hey,

I went to alldata.com and found some technical service bulletin (TSB) numbers that are of interest to me (not actually for my thirdgens though). Can I just ask a dealership to show them to me? Or is there some other way to get them? I want to fix this stupid furd and get it out of my life. I don't want to pay $25 to get access to TSBs for a car that I won't own that much longer (that's how much it costs for a subscription to the alldata.com thing). I've never used or seen a TSB before. how do I get access to the ones I need?

thanks for any info,

I thought I read somewhere that a dealer has to give you copies of TSB's... or was that copies of recalls? I never tried it though.

Clem,

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration offers listings for almost any vehicle on their web site:

I went and checked out that link, thanks.

It lists a description of the TSB and a one line "summary". This was enough to let me narrow it down to the exact one I'd like to see. I really don't imagine it will tell me anything I don't know, but I'd like to read it anyway.

So will a dealership service dept. let me see a TSB?

thanks for any info,
Clem
