Pic is making me dizzy.
Pass side rear head? That is the fan sw. The one in the block just above the starter is the knock sensor.

I don't see no freakin starter. Can you zoom in or something to be more specific.
The one lower near the starter is the knock sensor. The higher it is the fan sw. Can't get much simpler than that.

i can see the starter solenoid, took me a few minutes but it is there. the knock sensor is in the block down near the starter, its between the starter & crossmember
that pic is of the cooling fan switch. i can see a head bolt by it.
