Rocker Stud Torque

This is somewhat of a Vette question, but they are going on a TPI 91 Z. Looking for a good torque spec for a 7/16 in rocker stud in a vette L98 alloy head? Anyone. Thanks
Mike

Same as any other rocker stud of the same thread in any other head.... torque goes with hardware size, not casting material.

55 ft-lbs or so.

You might want to verify that before applying the torque.

RB might be right, but where I work (not automotive), the same fastener going into Al vs. Fe does make a difference.

Peace. World says 55 ft-lbs for their iron heads.

Once again, RB hits the nail on the head.
