And to make this tech, smoke that comes out of tail-pipes means what? Simply that the rings are gone, or could it mean something else or worn out too?

Keeping the topic tech related what color is smoke puffing out the exhaust? black? blueish color? when does the smoke appear? on start up? all the time?

It was greyish... or possibly whitish with a tint to it... I noticed it as the IROC was accelerating past me.
