well it was time for inspection and my EGR was bad (been that way since i bought the car) so i put a new one in and now between 40mph and 50 mph it doesn't seem to run as smooth...its a little rough almost like detenation or a fouled plug but it must not be cuz it only does it between 40-50...i know EGR is only active at certain part throttle settings...is this just the egr doing its job?...thanks guys

did you have to disconnect you negative battery cable,to clear your computer code,if you did alot of times the car will run rough up to 20 miles while it resets itself,,just a thought,,,have done it several time with my 91 t/a 305 tpi

 

totally forgot about that...i'll give it a try
