Oil spurt ahh!!!
Ok I recently for the cat cut off, the cat was clogged and I was driving it for about 800km till it eventually totally clogged till it wouldnt even start up.
While driving those 800kms, oil would spurt out of my heads and steam would too, mostly my left head, hardly any our of the right one.
Anyways I was wondering if a clogged exhaust system could cause this, if not, then I have more problems.

Here's a pic I drew. Dont laugh.
I dont know where the oil is coming out but I think its coming out with the steam out of the head. When I open the hood I see the oil sitting on the crate.

PCV = Positive Crankcase Ventilation.
Actually, looking at your picture it looks like you're trying to show a breather in each valve cover. Do you have a hose that runs from one of your valve covers to a port on your carb?

In any case, what's happening is that the blow-by gasses that leak past your rings are building up pressure in the crankcase. This pressure has to go somewhere, so it comes up through the oil drain holes in the heads and then out the breathers, carrying along with it a bunch of oil mist, which settles all over the valve covers and makes a mess. Also, over time the gasses which don't escape will be absorbed by the oil forming nasty acids and sludges and crud that aren't so good for the engine.
The PCV system prevents both of these problems by putting a valve into one of the valve covers, and connecting that cover to a vacuum port on the carb. This draws a continual flow of clean air in through the breather on the opposite valve cover which keeps the air in the crankcase clean, and the blow-by gasses are burned in the combustion chamber and passed out the exhaust.
That's the steam, anyway. The oil could also just be leaky valve covers or intake bolts.

Wow, thanks a lot Apeiron. The mechanic couldnt tell me that.
But something must of got ruined in this horrible process, what parts do you think are worn/broken?
But the oil could of came out with the steam couldnt it? When the engine reved high oil could of shot out of the cap on the head (is that the breather?) with the steam right?

Nothing really gets "broken" if you don't have a working PCV system, it just increases the rate of wear.
At high RPM there's quite a bit of oil mist floating in the crankcase, and it can get blown out the breathers, yes.

Here's some pics off of my car. I know it's not the same but you should get the idea. The pcv valve is circled and the hose runs to a vaccum source in the manifold.

Unfortunatly the oil leak is still happening. But I do have pictures, help me please!
I don't know where it leaks from because it does it when im driving. Then I get home, pop the hood, and see oil!

Looks like it is coming up through an intake bolt to me, but I don't think thats possible. Has to be a valve cover or the intake.
After looking again it could also be your disitributor o-ring, although highly unlikely.

I think the oil is coming from the intake bolt. If its true you have a lot of crankcase pressure the oil is riding up the threads of the last intake bolt and falling into the little area pictured.

But that's not the only place it will end up, its on the other side aswell (except not as much) also its in different holes, you can see in the picture, not too clear though.
I had an intake manifold leak oil around the bolt once. You should put some type of oil resistant selant on the bolt threads when you re-do a intake manifold. The holes are open to the inside of the engine and the oil.
that blower could cause a little more pressure than normal

I personally would not use a breather. If anything, I would replace the hose if it "swollen" on the ends from the oil. Then install a small clamp on it to be safe. This is especially true on a MAF car. A PCV system is meant to remain sealed. This has caused a rough idle on many TPI cars.
