what piston specs do i need?

hey guys i got a v6 and i am doing a build up on it for S**ts and giggles, i don't think that i ever had to order pistons before, as i just told the speed shop that i wanted pistons___ oversized for a cr. of____ and they got me what i wanted. could someone please help me out? i am running a bore of 3.560 and a stroke of 3.310 with 5.7" small block connecting rods that have been modified to fit the crankshaft of a 3.1 to keep the wrist pins in the correct spot. i am after a 11:1 to 11.5:1 compression ratio. could someone please help me out in finding the right pistons that give me the desired c.r. i am using a set of super six motorsport heads that have been p'd and p'd. don't know what the volume of them is though. HHHHHHHHEEEELPPPPPp me please!
