Car: RED 1986 IROC-Z28

Engine: 350 5.7L

Transmission: TH 700R4

Axle/Gears: 3.23 10 Bolt

XE274 push rod length?

Did some searches and didn't find my answers. Do I need to change my push rod length with the cam change? I have 383 fast burn heads and already had to get longer push rods. Just need an idea so I can get all the parts ready for the swap.
