I just finished putting in some new struts in my IROC. I was hoping that was the problem. I put the same brand struts as the one's in my 86' IROC(premium Gabriel B.S. struts/I'm on a budget right now) . The thing is that when i push down on the fender right above the wheel on both sides it's too soft(not too much weight/pressure required). On my 86' IROC when i do my "stiffness test" it's like a rock. I can put all my weight on it and not move an inch(it's all stock). Well what i'm thinking that the springs are bad. Well what do you guys think? If they are bad does anybody know of a good replacement? A stock height, stiffer than stock spring is good and reasonably priced. Any help, advice, or critcism is welcome. thanks in advance. sorry for repost.

it sounds like the springs are bad. My advice to you is to get some Eibach springs, either pro kit(lowers 1.25 inches from stock) or drag launch(great spring rates, stock height).I'm puting drag launch springs on my IROC as soon as I can get some more cash...
