Oil leak from air pump removal?

My car has an oil leak and I'm trying to track it down. It looks like it may be coming from the passenger side valve cover, but I read here that if the air pump is removed and the hole isn't plugged then it may leak oil. Well my car came with the air pump removed so I don't know where this bolt would go. ANy ideas? My tranny bellhousing and starter and drenched in oil.

Look on the front face of the block on the passenger side near the area where the fuel pump block off attaches.
