There's a used 51002 SLP cam for sale here that I was thinking about getting. Since it's been discontinued, I was hoping to find some advice on here. It appears to be a good cam for a stock engine. I'm looking for something that will also work well for me when I find a nice set of prepped vette heads or maybe AFR's (and have something better than a stock intake). I expect most people to tell me for the price I can't go wrong, but will this cam be reasonable for both a stock setup and some head porting / intake work? Thanks for all opinions
