91 build up

i've just recently bought a 91 rs for $500. its a piece but in my opinion its a pretty decent piece. i've started trying to obtain the pieces i will need to make the v6 to v8 swap. i got a 305 out of an 86 iroc that had a turbo 400 trans. and i've also obtained a 350 block with 5% nickel content. i want a stroker motor, i was orignally looking into using the 305 and making a 335 but i've been reading around and apparently its the biggest waste of time known to man. so i decided that ill take the 383 route.
im currently in highschool and dont have much $. but i want something that will last so i dont want to cheap out.

my questions are.

Would a set of world products S/R torquers with some flow work and a decent valve job be a capable partner with a holley stealth ram and a decent cam?

also im looking to make a good amount of power would it be unrealistic to get a 1/1 power per cube ratio with that combo? if not more ?

im trying to stay away from carberation. i dont like the idea of constantly adjusting something that worked fine.

if anyone has any suggestions im open and willing to listen

i would say it is realistic to get a 1 to 1 power but u would be much better off with some vortecs they are cheaper and make more power.

imho 383 are a waste of time. either go with a 350 or 400.

why dont u go with ramjet 350/350 hp that comes with fuel injection.

just an idea, id rather not go buy a completely new engine wit a perfectly good block in my garage. it is startin to seem like a lot of money but its just an idea. is there really any benefit with a 383 over a 355 ?
