Something about radiators need advice
I have a T5 tranny but I am swaping to an automatic. My question is I want a racing radiator but I dont want to spend the money on a manual one now and end up swaping over to an automatic tranny and having to buy a new radiator again. And in all my catalogs it says "1982-92 radiator (manual transmission)" or "1982-92 radiator (automatic transmission)". My question is would I be able to use an automatic one now? If not, why?

Yes,you could use an automatic one now,you would just have to plug the two holes in the radiator where the auto tranny lines hook up. Or you could buy a manual radiator now and just add a tranny cooler when you get an automatic.

Screw the new radiator... unless you want/need a bigger one. I would always suggest running an aftermarket tranny cooler even if you did have the provisions for it within the radiator!
