How long after cam swap can I go back to Synth Oil?

It's been about 3 weeks, everything seems to be in good mechanical working order. The rocker arms are a little noisy, so I will re-adjust them.

After what period of time would it be ok to go back to synthetic oil?

If it's a flat tappet cam, change after 500 miles. If it's a roller cam, change whenever you want or break in with synthetic.
