Has it finally come to this?

Ok, when i first purchased my car i was diagnosed w/ a rear seal leak. It wasnt bad and i just kind of put it off to the back of my mind. A year goes by, i do some minor/major repairs to the car and my oil situation improves greatly (no burning or leaking). Anyway, the past couple of weeks i begin to see (at least i thoughts so) spots of oil that are blended in w/ old spots underneath my car. So i put a piece of newspaper down and wait to see what happends over the weekend. I get one small dark spot near the seal and figure, hey, thats fine. Came home this morning from class, parked the car outside, went in the garage and there were about 5 nickel to quarter size spots along w/ a bigger spot on the paper. I am praying to go my seal is getting bad....the question is how expensive of a job is this if its the seal? Cause i cant spend too much more on repairs right now...........So i'm hoping for the best. Worse case tho....would be bad.

if your talking about your oil pan thing gasket. U will have to pull the motor out to do that. Or at least unbolt the motor from mounts and tranny and lift it a few feet. its reall a pain in the @$$
