Cylinder Head #s

I have a 305 H.O. engine from a 1983 Chevy Camaro and I was wondering what the head casting number was.. or the possiblities if there was more then one. I don't have the time to search the internet right now and I was hoping someone had some quick facts about it. And also, please no smartass remarks about how I could look for it myself.. if I had it in front of me I could, but I don't. Anyways, maybe someone could help with this.. and if they know the spring pressures that came stock and any other info.. that would be great!

The last 3 digits of the casting # should be 416.

They're pretty decent heads. Respond well to porting and 1.94" intake valves.

Valve spring specs are lame. Figure on replacing them.
