Help me !
I have a problem with my egr-valve. When the car is not used for like 12 hours and i start the engine the Service engine light comes on, it says egr-trouble. Then if i let the engine run for like 3 minutes and then start it again it works fine (no trouble code). Why is that. I have changed the egr-solenoid and the lambda but it doesnt do any good. Anyone knows what is wrong??

Try disconnecting the battery for a few seconds then reconnect the battery. Drive your car and see if service engine light stays on when driving the car. A SES code will stay in the ecm unless you disconnect the battery to erase the code.

Scania,
Typically, the EGR will not set an operational error code until the engine is warmed and running at highway speeds with a light throttle (cruise conditions). The exceptions to that are when the ECM detects either a short-circuit or open circuit at the EGR solenoid. Since your solenoid is new, I would suggest inspecting the wiring from the ECM to the EGR solenoid. Any pinched or cut wires in this circuit could be a problem which would set an immediate error core.
It is also possible that the EGR diagnostic temperature sensor is failing or out of tolerance, or has similar wiring problems.
