97 camaro I am working on...A few questions

This camaro is a 97 v-6....The first thing I wanted to say was that I am not a fan of these v6's...they suck to work on. Next, I would like to say that I went to another fbody board to post this question and all those dudes were a holes. Now to the real questions.

1) All of the lights on the passenger side are out, besides the bright headlight. Where do I start on finding whats wrong? Also, how do I get the tail lights off. I cant see any screws or anything. Also, are the headlights hard to change? Anyways, any suggestions on why the passenger side headlight, tailight, and 3rd Light are all out would be of much help. Thanks

2) The motor is really acting up. It was rumbling real bad and had a significant loss of power. So I replaced the plugs and it started running fine again. All of a sudden a couple of weeks later it starts running the same way again. The motor is rocking a lot in the engine compartment and I can hear a bubbling sound coming from the radiator. The temperature gauge is reading at 200 degrees. Do you think the plug wires could be shot or what could be causing this?

Also, I would like to state that my brother bought this piece of crap from CARMART. I highly dont recommend carmart. This board has been very helpful with me on my 91 TA. I am hoping you guys could help me out with this. Thanks.

I would guess theres possibly a blown head gasket.
The rocking is because of a misfire [usually] which in this case is probably a blown gasket. The bubbling is probably because of air being pumped into the water supply via a gasket break.
Try taking one plug lead off at a time, then start it up.
If theres a dodgy cylinder, with the affected one off, it will run the same as if attached [ie badly], a healthy cylinder lead removed will make it run worse.
Its hard to say without seeing it, plus that temp gauge looks sort of high, putting the lot together i would say gasket.
The rumbling might not be related, but if its not firing on all 6, it will sound a bit weird and out of balance.

On mine the plastic wing nuts that hold on the lamp units, are BEHIND the plastic cover that goes across where the tailgate shuts.
There are no external screws.
With electrics its a long process of elimination, starting with fuses, then connectors etc, requiring the minimum of a suitable neon tester.
Ive had electric faults where someones welded a sill or floor panel and never checked if there was any wiring behind.
