Have Few Questions about AL heads

Do I use anything on the screw in studs? Antiseize?
The sparkplug recommended came with a washer do I use it or will it indent the aluminum?
Do I use antiseize on intake bolts and acc bolts?

I use Permatex #2 for the studs (although I usually don't use studs)and intake bolts, antiseize where I feel it appropriate on the acc. bolts and if the head mnfg. recommended the spark plugs by number, yes use the washer.

Here's what I did on my alum heads:
antisieze on sparkies, exhaust/header bolts, and accessory bolts.
Left the washers on the sparkies.
Used hardened washers on the head bolts.
Used liquid teflon on the intake bolts and temp sensors.
Used felpro 1010 head gasket so it won't cut a ring into the surface of the head where the ring seals.
Dunno about the studs, mine were already installed.
I can't say that everything I did is right, it's just what my machinist recommended I use.

you need the washer on the plug because it's actually a gasket. use liquid teflon on the studs and anything else that goes to water. antiseize on everything else and use a torque wrench on every bolt that goes into the head.
