car sucks the gas and spits out a code 24 HELP!!!

I got a 91 Camaro, It had a 305. The guy who had it put a 350 in and used everything from the heads up off the 305 would this cause the 11 mpg or would the code 24 do this. If so what and where is the vss sensor thing???

GT,

The Vehicle Speed Sensor is mounted either behind the speedometer in the dash or on the left side of the transmission. It shouldn't cause a big difference in fuel mileage if it is not functioning, but installing 305 heads on a 350 without further modification is not usually a good thing.
